Summary: The bathroom was disgusting. Black mildew everywhere. The chair in the room was worn out. The corners of the rooms all had dust. The walls were filthy. They gave us a top floor room and it was so gross the guy at the front desk said “i got you” and gave us a key to a 1st floor room that was literally just as bad. Bathroom floors had stuff growing on them. Shower head had other stuff growing on it too! Our beds looked slept in when we arrived too. But we were so tired so we just fell asleep- but not for long because the traffic noise was so bad. Only nice thing about this place was the morning coffee was surprisingly good and they tried hard for the breakfast. Also the staff was nice. But the place is so run down!!!! Nothing like the reviews. I kept wondering if I accidentally booked a wrong place!

Summary: The folks here were really nice! But: There was a number inversion with my room and another guests. While I was settling into my room and working on things, to my surprise, a pair of friends swiped into my room and we were all surprised! We went to the front desk and the associate apologized and reprogrammed their card. The following day, my card wasn't working and had to reprogram it three times before I left :( probably because of the room situation.

Summary: Room are large and clean. Bed is confortable. I recommand this hotel for a stop on your way to your destination but it could be a little bit noisy if you are near the exit on the second floor, avoir room 224.

Summary: Front desk staff is friendly. Breakfast is nice. The hot pool is nice. Room is not clean. My wife picked up a small piece of poop under the table inside our room. The bedsheet for the couch bed got yellow stains. The toilet in our room was somewhat clogged when we checked in so we called for service. We were given the plunger to clear it by ourselves.

Summary: The place and staff are amazing I gave it a 4 because one I didn’t get the room I book, 2- breakfast was very disappointing it was a muffin and omelette very small and cold nothing really to eat. I just wish they could reimburse me half of my money because I didn’t get the room that I booked which it was a suite. The young lady stated is because they only have 2 and they took them already smh I didn’t want to argue about it but I was very disappointed
